Appointment Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting to book. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will
result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
Credit Card Required to Book
A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. No charges will be made unless the cancellation or no-show policy is violated
No-Shows
If you miss your appointment without notice, 100% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on
file. This ensures we can continue to provide timely and dedicated service to all of our guests.
Running Late?
If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time may result in your appointment being canceled and fully charged to the card on file. This policy helps us stay on schedule and provide each client with the full attention and service they deserve.
